Embark Behavioral Health in Springville, UT is seeking licensed clinicians for our short-term adolescent residential program. This on-site, full-time role offers a structured setting with trauma-informed care and family systems approaches.

You will manage a small caseload, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and help families through discharge planning while adhering to Master Treatment Plan standards. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Associate licenses: CSW, AMFT, ACMHC.
• Fully licensed: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (MSW, CSW, MFT or related).
• Two years of working therapy experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in a residential setting (preferred).
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• CAQH profile established or updated and NPI number for credentialing.

• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy with trauma-informed approaches.
• Personalized caseloads: manage up to 6 clients with family programming.
• Apply evidence-based practices (DBT, TF-CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety, ACT).
• Develop, implement, and review interdisciplinary treatment plans.
• Develop discharge plans with students and families.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation to support student safety.
• Maintain compliance with Master Treatment Plan standards through documentation.

Location: 266 Left Fork Hobble Creek Canyon Road, Springville, UT 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 9:00am - 5:00pm Full-time

Compensation:

• Associate Licensed Clinicians:$75,000 – $80,000/year (DOE)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians:$80,000 – $85,000/year (DOE)

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staffoffer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
• Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of no more than 6 clients, providing high‑quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
• Evidence-Based Practices:Emphasize your knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions (DBT, TF‑CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety, ACT.)
• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence‑based practices.
• Develop discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
• Crisis Intervention & De‑escalation: Utilize trauma‑informed de‑escalation strategies to support students in moments of heightened distress, promoting safety, emotional regulation, and restoration of therapeutic rapport.
• Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
• Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Associate:Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) & Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).
• Fully Licensed:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
• Preferred- Two years of working experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Preferred- One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Required to haveCAQHprofile established or updated if you have one and obtain an NPI number for credentialing purposes.
