Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions provides individualized care across diverse client groups, staffed by a team of mental health professionals. The role involves direct patient visits, updating treatment plans, and documenting progress notes while coordinating with case managers and psychiatric providers.

Responsibilities include timely communication of client status and collaborative efforts to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Licensed Professional Counseling licenses: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
