Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking a Community Based/Day Program Therapist. You will perform diagnostic assessments, provide patient visits, and ensure treatment plans are current for each client.

Full-time role; salary $52k-$60k. Requires Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling; licenses include LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
