Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring a licensed or soon-to-be-licensed clinical social worker to join our Toledo area team. You will deliver therapy services, maintain current treatment plans and document progress notes for diverse clients across ages, including children and adults.

Responsibilities emphasize collaboration with case management and psychiatric services while traveling within the service area and maintaining licensure through ongoing education and supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience, or a Master’s in Social Work/ Counseling.
• Licensed as LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LPCC (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in therapy preferred; home-based experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
