Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistants and Registered Behavioral Technicians encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions or tickets for major violations in the past 3 years.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with emotional disturbance and/or substance issues preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable within first week of hire.
• Willingness to obtain certification in therapeutic restraint technique (Handle With Care).
• Additional pay offered for lifeguard certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment planning.
• Assist in the admission process.
• Orient new patients to the unit and program.
• Plan and prepare for group therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient, program, and department documentation.
