Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• One year related experience preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider per RQI guidelines during orientation.
• Handle with Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, report abnormalities, document findings.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and facilitate daily groups.
• Respond to emergency codes as assigned.
