Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0–1 year related experience preferred.
• BLS certification; CPI training within 30 days of hire.
• Familiar with EHR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients who may be vulnerable or need additional support.
• Provide Parent/Family counseling and related interventions.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for patients on special status.
• Complete shift-to-shift reports and remain on unit during handoff.
• Think and act quickly in emergencies.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients.
• Complete and file documentation promptly.
