• Adhere to safety guidelines for patients on special status (suicide, abuse, AWOL).
• Provide shift-to-shift reports and remain on unit during incoming shift reports.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and timely documentation.
