Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time clinician to provide direct care for patients with psychiatric disorders at our onsite facility located at 52 Oak Street. The position requires night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) four days a week, totaling 32 hours weekly. You will document care and support the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and CPI training within 30 days of hire. BLS and LNA licenses may be preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CPI training within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with care of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Advocate for patients needing additional support.
• Provide parent/family counseling, including Parent Management Training and Family Systems interventions.
• Adhere to guidelines for patients on special status (e.g. suicide, abuse or AWOL precautions).
• Provide shift-to-shift reports and remain on unit during incoming shift report.
• Think and act quickly and efficiently in emergencies.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
• Complete and file all required documentation promptly.
