Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for residents, ensuring their safety.
• Assist residents in learning and practicing hygiene and self-help skills.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Help organize and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and carry out scheduled programming.
• Perform duties in accordance with ANA Standards of Practice and facility policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Six months to one year of experience with a behavioral health inpatient population preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Work hours: Part-Time Day Shift (varies).
• Unit: Adolescent - Youth.
