Mental Health Technicians (MHT) at Friends Hospital assist in the direct care and management of patients across all age ranges with medical and behavioral issues as directed by the treatment team. MHTs facilitate and conduct groups, assist with unit programming, and ensure patients are engaged in active treatment at all times. They also assist with daily leisure activities and activities related to daily living, considering patients' developmental levels and functional abilities.
