KidsPeace Residential in Orefield, PA seeks an At-Risk Youth Technician (Mental Health) to support children and adolescents aged 6–18 in a structured, safe environment. Evening shifts are available with weekends/OT as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, relationship-building, and crisis prevention to help youths grow and heal. You will participate in on-site educational and therapeutic activities, receive a two-week paid training, and benefit from generous PTO, tuition assistance, and career

At-Risk Youth Technician (Mental Health)

Orefield, PA

Multiple Options Available , Primarily Evenings with weekends/OT as needed

TheAt-Risk Youth Technician, also known as a Mental Health Technician, plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Success in this role requires an unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of every child.

Our residential program provides long-term care for children and adolescents ages 6-18 who are navigating mental health and behavioral challenges.

Competitive Compensation:$18.50- $22.00/hr(based on education/ relatable experience)

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time available
1st shift (PT 6AM-10AM)

2nd shift (FT/PT 3PM-11PM)

• 4. Must be able to attend a paid 2-weekcorporate training session. Trainings are Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM, and must be completed consecutively. The next training is scheduled for 9/28 or 10/12.
