The role supports the treatment plan, assists nurses, and helps maintain therapeutic boundaries within a structured day. Responsibilities include coordinating with the clinical team to implement the MTP and engaging residents in activities with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with 1 year direct care experience in residential/educational setting.
• Valid SC Driver's License preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support therapeutic processes with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' daily activities and carry out treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Interact with residents therapeutically while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
