Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands seeks a dynamic Per Diem Mental Health Technician (1st Shift) to assist in the care of children and adolescents facing various psychiatric issues. In this rewarding role, you will support the treatment team and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents.

The position requires direct care experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct care experience working with adolescents and children.
• Ability to maintain therapeutic relationships and manage behaviors.
• Knowledge of adolescent growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with treatment team to implement resident program schedules.
• Assist nurses in psychiatric and physical treatment of residents.
• Engage residents in therapeutic activities throughout the treatment day.
