Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic Per Diem Mental Health Technician (1st Shift) to join a comprehensive behavioral health facility serving youths 11-18. The MHT will support treatment teams, help implement master treatment plans, and assist with daily activities in a residential setting.

The position emphasizes therapeutic interactions, boundary maintenance, and collaboration with nurses to ensure safe, structured care for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of direct care experience with adolescents/children in a residential or educational setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in psychiatric and physical treatment and care of residents.
• Support resident master treatment plan (MTP) execution and daily program scheduling.
• Interact with residents in a therapeutic, boundaries-conscious manner throughout the day.
