Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic Per Diem Mental Health Technician for the 1st shift in Columbia, SC. The MHT will work closely with the residential and clinical teams to carry out the resident program schedule and Master Treatment Plan, supporting youths aged 11-18 with various psychiatric and behavioral health needs.

The role is full-time (per diem) with responsibilities including assisting nurses in psychiatric and physical care and maintaining therapeutic boundaries, in a demanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field; minimum 1 year of direct care with adolescents.
• Experience in Residential Treatment Facility, educational or juvenile settings preferred.
• Valid SC Driver's License preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residential and clinical treatment teams to implement the resident program schedule and Master Treatment Plan.
• Assist nurses in psychiatric and physical care of residents per established procedures.
