The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care practices under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care to psychiatric patients. This role involves monitoring our patients and facilitating group activities in our units. This individual will be working closely with patients experiencing psychiatric disorders, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting recovery and rehabilitation. Previous experience working directly with patients in a psychiatric facility or rehabilitation program is highly preferred.
