Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization to support individuals in Beaver Dam, WI. This part-time role covers 2nd shift Monday 2:00 pm–10:00 pm and Friday 4:00 pm–12:00 am, plus 3rd shift Friday 11:30 pm–7:30 am and Saturday 11:00 pm–7:30 am.

You will provide community-based support to help clients stabilize after a crisis and work toward maintaining independence through skill development and direct client care. Pay is $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged.
• Caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test and have a valid driver's license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate's insurance to operate agency vehicles.

Responsibilities
