Job summary

Elevate in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization to join our team on a part-time basis. This role provides community-based support to individuals managing mental health and substance use concerns, helping them stabilize after a crisis and work toward independent living through skill-building and direct client care.

The position offers evening and weekend shifts, pay of $17–$18 per hour, and benefits including Work/Life Balance, IRA options with employer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged.
• Caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test and have a valid driver's license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles.

3rd shift Friday 11:30 pm-7:30 am and Saturday 11:00 pm-7:30 am

Elevate is seeking Mental Health Technician– Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. You would providecommunity-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders.

In this role, you will support individuals as they stabilize after a crisis or work toward maintaining independence in the community through supportive skill development and direct client care.

Pay: $17–$18 per hour
