Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Clinical Support professional to assist in maintaining a therapeutic milieu for pediatric and adolescent patients, with potential coverage for adults in PRN pools. The role involves direct patient care, confidentiality, and collaboration with the treatment team to support safety and comfort.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or two years college preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in behavioral health settings.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing unit priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain initial information from patient/guardian and document on assessment form.
• Assist with unit tour and orientation, including patient rights.
• Assist with collection of lab specimens and transport to lab.
• Observe and document patient status; report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Provide hygiene and nutrition support to patients as needed.
• Participate in crisis intervention training and Code Green readiness.
• Transport patients and lab specimens between buildings as assigned.
• Assist in discharge processes and maintain unit logs.
