Job summary

Compass Intervention Center seeks a dynamic Mental Health Tech to help create a safe, therapeutic milieu. You will provide direct client care under supervision, participate in crisis intervention, and lead groups and daily living activities to foster coping skills.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Psychology (preferred), or a high school diploma with related experience; CPR and crisis-management skills are essential. Competitive benefits and shift diff offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• One year of experience with a psychiatric client population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric group processes, crisis management and De-Escalation; CPR training.

• Provide crisis intervention and support individual/family education groups.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a supportive environment.
