Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of four to nine staff, Reservists, and student interns.
• Manage daily unit operations and workload assignments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of records, reports, and databases.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior administrators and funders.
• Develop new forms, protocols, and data reports with IT coordination.
• Coordinate cross-system communications with hospitals, child welfare, and state agencies.
