Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service Field.
• One-year experience providing Service Coordination.
• Six months Supervisory/Lead experience.
• Current knowledge of Agency/Medicaid’s TCM, Supportive Counseling, Clinical Assessment, Documentation and IDT Requirements.
• Current working knowledge of ECET, CMHC, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the Mental Hygiene Commitment Process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Coordination activities.
• Provide leadership, clinical supervision and administrative services to program staff.
• Manage program resources, inventories and documentation.
• Develop and monitor procedures for provision of services in Service Coordination.
• Review referrals and assign to Service Coordinators; participate in meetings.
