Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. The role focuses on medication management, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and outreach to individuals with serious mental illness.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch; occasional weekend coverage as needed. Pay: $35.00–$37.00 per hour. This is a community-based position offering growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Two years experience with SMI clients.

Responsibilities

• Order medication.
• Arrange for all consumer medications to be organized through the team and integrated into staff daily and weekly schedules.
• Provide security for medications (daily supplies, long‑term injectable and longer‑term supplies and set aside a private, designated area for set up of medications).
• Administer medications to program consumers.
• Train other team members regarding medication education, medication delivery, and observation of self‑administration of medication.
• Monitor medication.
• Regularly assess other team members’ competency in this area.
