Oaks Integrated Care Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the PACT team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The RN will manage medications, coordinate orders, and support individuals with serious mental illness in a community-based program.

Responsibilities include administering meds, training staff, and maintaining secure medication handling. This full-time role requires NJ RN license and at least 1 year in SMI care, with schedule Mon-Fri 8:30–5 and some weekend work.

Formación

• Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) clients.

Responsabilidades

• Record physician's orders and ensure accuracy.
• Order and organize medications for the team and patients.
• Administer medications to program consumers and monitor effects.
• Train team members on medication education and delivery.
• Monitor medication supply and ensure proper storage.
• Assess competency of teammates in medication management.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work within the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. This community-based program provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment, and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

The mission of the PACT program is to decrease hospitalizations, increase vocational opportunities, and improve the quality of life for our consumers. PACT services are the most intensive level of outpatient services in the community.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 830a-5p with a 30 minute unpaid lunch; Saturday/Sunday as needed

Pay:

$35.00 - $37.00 p/hour

Responsibilities

• Record physician's orders
• Order medication
• Arrange for all consumer medications to be organized through the team and integrated into staff daily and weekly schedules
• Provide security for medications (daily supplies, long-term injectable and longer-term supplies and set aside a private, designated area for set up of medications
• Administer medications to program consumers
• Train other team members regarding medication education, medication delivery, and observation of self-administration of medication
• Monitor medication
• Regularly assess other team members' competency in this area

Qualifications
