Job Title: Mental Healthcare Recruiter (Remote)

Salary Range: $55,000 to$75,000 annually plus commission

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the Role:

We are launching a new service line focused on placing licensed mental health professionals including Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapists, and Clinical Counselorswithin correctional and border-state facilities. We're seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiter with deep experience in correctional healthcare staffing. If you know how to find these candidates, have done it before, and are eager to help build something new from the ground up, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed mental health professionals (LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, etc.)
  • Source candidates for correctional and government-funded healthcare facilities across border states
  • Leverage existing network and build new pipelines using creative and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal leadership to shape and refine recruiting processes for a new service line
  • Track metrics, optimize performance, and adapt quickly as needs evolve
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing and facility-specific hiring requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting mental health professionals for correctional staffing agencies
  • Strong understanding of licensure requirements and hiring standards in the behavioral health space
  • Demonstrated success sourcing for roles in Texas, Arizona, California, and other border states
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you know how to build systems, not just follow them
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with remote work tools
