Job summary
Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team serving individuals with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment at our Oak Recovery Health Center. You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K and generous PTO.
A strong candidate holds a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in behavioral health and demonstrates solid
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years behavioral health experience
- Associate degree in behavioral health with 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s in behavioral health with 1+ year of experience
- Master’s or higher in behavioral health preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals and provide supportive services
- Coordinate rehabilitation-related services and implement Individual Service Plans
- Document client progress toward recovery and maintain case notes
- Engage clients using motivational interviewing and supportive listening
- Collaborate with Employment Specialists, RSA counselors, and community providers to support employment and daily activities
