Job summary

Guild Services seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily program operations and deliver high-quality, client-centered services. You will supervise staff, promote staff development, and ensure compliance through evaluations and quality improvements.

In Minnesota, a Bachelor's in behavioral sciences or related field with 2,000 hours of mental health service delivery is required, or Minnesota mental health practitioner licensure with relevant supervised experience. Salary range $73,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field with 2,000 hours (1 year) of mental illness service delivery experience.
• Minnesota licensure as mental health practitioner with required supervised hours or 2 years leading mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned program and ensure client-centered service delivery.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to program staff.
• Support staff development and conduct performance evaluation and quality improvement.
• Foster partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders to meet client needs.
