An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Program Shift Lead to coordinate residential living staff and ensure client needs are met. This role involves overseeing staff adherence to policies, planning community integration for consumers, and maintaining a safe environment. POSITION SUMMARY: The primary functions are to coordinate all aspects of the residence and ensure that client needs are met by actively assigning and overseeing residential living staff in their completion of duties and established unit routines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:Unit Director/Associate Director
DIRECT REPORTS: None; oversight of direct care staff on assigned shifts
CONTACTS: Elwyn personnel, clientele, funding and regulatory agency personnel, family members and visitors
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL PROFILE: May be assigned or reassigned to any building location as the need arises and as directed by the immediate or on-call supervisor.See Physical Demands Checklist.
