Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to support individuals with mental illness in a residential setting. You will mentor staff, monitor operations, and help clients pursue independence and personal goals in a person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Twenty-one years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three months of human services or related work experience
• Program administrator certification or ability to obtain certification within six months
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental illness living in a residential setting
• Serve as a role model and mentor for staff
• Assist in monitoring aspects of program operations
• Encourage independence and lead in personal rehabilitation process
