Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a Program Coordinator to support individuals with mental illness in a residential setting, serving as a role model and mentor for staff and assisting in monitoring program operations.

The role focuses on helping individuals become more independent, participate in activities, and achieve personal goals within a person-directed framework. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Twenty-one years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months of human services or related work experience.
• Program administrator certification or ability to obtain certification within six months.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities
