Job summary

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the mental health team across two San Diego County jail facilities.

Responsibilities include organizing patient charts and electronic files, scheduling appointments, drafting letters and reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will work onsite at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility in Santee and Rock Mountain Detention Facility in San Diego, with pay $20.00–$24.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

• Providing administrative support to the mental health team
• Organizing patient charts, electronic files, and other health data
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Composing and editing letters, memoranda, forms, and reports
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Assisting with various projects
