Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Master Level Mental Health Professional - SVP Pre-Release Evaluator in Chicago, IL. Use your clinical expertise to assess individuals preparing for release and inform treatment planning and community supervision decisions.

You will review records, conduct comprehensive interviews, compile evaluation reports, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure accurate evaluations in accordance with program standards. Schedule includes dayshift with travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent.
• Sex Offender Evaluator certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of post-degree clinical experience preferred.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed evaluation reports that provide recommendations for supervision, treatment, and community-based services.

PAY RATE: up to $41.00 hourly
