You will collaborate with clinical leadership, maintain electronic medical records, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current licensure as CPC or LCSW (or equivalent).
• Sex Offender Evaluator certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of post-degree clinical experience preferred.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor release timelines and identify individuals requiring pre-release evaluations.
• Review institutional records and conduct clinical interviews to assess treatment needs and risk factors.
• Prepare evaluation reports with recommendations for supervision, treatment, and community services.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure evaluations meet program standards.
• Maintain timely documentation and use EMR systems as required.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

PAY RATE: up to $40.00 hourly

As an MHP-SVP Pre-Release Evaluator, you'll play a critical role in assessing individuals preparing for release and providing valuable recommendations that support treatment planning and community supervision efforts.

Position Summary

As a Master Level Mental Health Professional – SVP Pre-Release Evaluator, you'll conduct specialized assessments and evaluations of incarcerated individuals with sexual offense histories. Working collaboratively with clinical leadership and correctional partners, you will:

• Monitor release timelines and identify individuals requiring pre-release evaluations
• Review institutional records and conduct comprehensive clinical interviews to assess treatment needs and risk factors
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports that provide recommendations for supervision, treatment, and community-based services
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure evaluations are completed accurately and in accordance with program standards
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and utilize electronic medical record systems as required
• Participate in required training, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities

What You’ll Need
