Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Master Level Mental Health Professional – SVP Pre-Release Evaluator in Chicago, IL.

The role involves conducting specialized assessments of incarcerated individuals with sexual offense histories, reviewing records, and producing reports with recommendations for supervision and community services. You will collaborate with clinical leadership, maintain electronic medical records, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current licensure as CPC or LCSW (or equivalent).
• Sex Offender Evaluator certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of post-degree clinical experience preferred.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor release timelines and identify individuals requiring pre-release evaluations.
• Review institutional records and conduct clinical interviews to assess treatment needs and risk factors.
• Prepare evaluation reports with recommendations for supervision, treatment, and community services.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure evaluations meet program standards.
• Maintain timely documentation and use EMR systems as required.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
