Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to join our Skyline Clinic in Russellville, AR. The ideal candidate will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with community mental health or healthcare organizations.

Description

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, offering outpatient, crisis, substance abuse counseling, intensive children and adult services, medical, and residential services across 41 counties. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Program Coordinator. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The position is projected to start June 23, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Interview and assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate case records and clinical documentation.
  • Provide counseling and assessment services to help clients understand personal issues, set goals, and develop treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
