Position Details

This full-time, exempt position reports to the Program Coordinator, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., projected to start in July 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Interview and assess clients for mental health needs; conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Maintain accurate case records and clinical documentation.
  • Provide counseling and appraisal services to support clients' personal and educational development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
