Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates is seeking a clinician to provide MST-based services across Southern Dallas, covering Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill. Travel is required up to 100% daily, using fleet or personal vehicles with approval.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and licensure or licensure-eligibility (LPC-Associate/LMFT-Associate/LMSW under supervision; full LPC/LMFT/LCSW). Office suite proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in a clinical field and be eligible for licensure or licensed.
• Licensed professional credentials (LPC/LMFT/LMSW) under supervision or full licensure required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and review referrals, engaging participants and analyzing systemic strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families and document treatment efforts clearly.
• Engage caregivers in change-oriented treatment and address engagement barriers.
• Implement MST analytic process: planning, intervention, and outcomes review.
• Collaborate with systems and participants for treatment alignment and quality care.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST practices and participate in ongoing training.

Job description

Must reside locally within 1 hour of the following counties: Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill) as this clinician will cover families that live in all of these areas.

Travel is required as part of this role’s duties (20%–100% per day) across Southern Dallas. Fleet or personal vehicles may be used for business needs; transport of individuals is only permitted with a company vehicle and management approval.

This role may be required to use a fleet vehicle and and/or a personal vehicle for business needs. This may include, but not limited to field & home visits, offsite meetings, co-located sites and/or pick up items for business needs, etc. If your program requires transport of individuals, this would only be allowed with a company vehicle and approval from management.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families
• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement
• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision
• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles
• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development
• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner
• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer)
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
• Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
