Job summary

Evidence Based Associates is seeking a clinician to conduct multisystemic therapy (MST) with families in crisis in the Dallas area. The role requires delivering MST-based, trauma-informed care to a small caseload, engaging caregivers and evaluative teams in change-oriented treatment.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a clinical field and be under supervision for LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure or already fully licensed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Licensure required or under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Engage caregivers and participants in change-oriented treatment and address engagement barriers.
• Implement the MST Analytic Process including problem conceptualization, planning, intervention, outcomes review, and revision.
• Document treatment efforts clearly and demonstrate MST principles compliance.
• Collaborate with relevant systems and participants to maintain treatment alignment.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
• Deliver all services in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.

• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision.
• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles.
• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
• Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs.

Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
