Job summary

Evidence Based Associates in the Dallas area is hiring a clinician to deliver multisystemic therapy (MST) to families in Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill. You must reside within 1 hour and travel 20–100% across Southern Dallas, using a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle.

The requirements include a Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field; licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision, or full licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW.
• Must reside within 1 hour of Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill; travel 20–100% across Southern Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments, review referrals and engage participants.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Engage caregivers in change-oriented treatment and address barriers to engagement.
• Implement MST analytic process: conceptualization, planning, intervention, outcomes review, revision.
• Document treatment clearly and concisely, demonstrating MST compliance.
• Collaborate with systems and participants to maintain treatment alignment.
• Provide direct clinical MST services and participate in MST training and supervision.

Job description

Must reside locally within 1 hour of the following counties: Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill) as this clinician will cover families that live in all of these areas.

Travel isrequiredas part of this role’s duties (20%–100% per day) across Southern Dallas. Fleet or personal vehicles may be used for business needs; transport of individuals is onlypermittedwith a company vehicle and management approval.

This role may be required to use a fleet vehicle andand/ora personal vehiclefor business needs. This may include, but not limited to field & home visits, offsite meetings, co-located sites and/or pick up items for business needs, etc. If your program requires transport of individuals, this would only be allowed with a company vehicle and approval from management.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses.


• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.


• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement.


• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision.


• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles.


• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment.


• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.


• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.


• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.


• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer).


• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.


• Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
