Job summary

Evidence Based Associates in Texas seeks a licensed clinician to conduct MST assessments and engage families across Duncanville, DeSoto, and Cedar Hill. You will maintain a caseload of 4–6 families and deliver trauma-informed, MST-based treatment with collaboration across systems.

Responsibilities include documentation, participating in MST training, and travel 20–100% within Southern Dallas using a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience with MST or similar models is preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 4 families.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must reside locally within 1 hour of the following counties: Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill) as this clinician will cover families that live in all of these areas.

Travel isrequiredas part of this role’s duties (20%–100% per day) across Southern Dallas. Fleet or personal vehicles may be used for business needs; transport of individuals is onlypermittedwith a company vehicle and management approval.

This role may be required to use a fleet vehicle andand/ora personal vehiclefor business needs. This may include, but not limited to field & home visits, offsite meetings, co-located sites and/or pick up items for business needs, etc. If your program requires transport of individuals, this would only be allowed with a company vehicle and approval from management.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses.


• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.


• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement.


• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision.


• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles.


• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment.


• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.


• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.


• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.


• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer).


• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.


• Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
