Job Qualifications
- Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses
- Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families
- Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement
- Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision
- Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles
- Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment
- Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development
- All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner
- Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
- Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs

Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensure required: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
