Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support providers with delivery of high‑quality ambulatory care.
• Maintain patient information and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR compliance and I-9 forms for Geode employees.
• Assist with drug screening processes and collection of specimens.
• Respond to information requests following provider instructions.
