Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred).
• Knowledge of working in a clinical setting (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in a medical/mental health office (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support providers with delivery of high-quality health care to ambulatory patients.
• Safeguard patient information and medical records.
• Respond to information requests following policies and provider instructions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and follow procedures.
• Assist with drug screening processes and specimen collection as needed.
