Job summary

LifeStance Health in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.

You will handle prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, telehealth support, and liaison with pharmacies, with a starting pay of $21.75 per hour and quarterly incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and engage in-office clinician and staff activities.
• Provide strong patient service and manage potentially difficult or emotional situations.
• Coordinate with patients, clinicians, and pharmacies to support care.
• Assist with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
