You will ensure high-quality patient experiences for in-person and remote interactions and assist with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role starts at $21.75/hour with potential quarterly bonuses, and is based at our Suffolk clinic. A collaborative team environment and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement.
• Provide exceptional patient service and handle potentially difficult situations.
• Coordinate patient forms, prior authorizations, and records requests.
• Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and pharmacies.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks such as letters and faxes.
