Job summary

Unitek Learning in Fresno, CA seeks a Mental Health BSN Nursing Instructor to join our Workforce Solutions program. The instructor will provide clinical site education to nursing students, coordinate rotations, and support curriculum delivery in the skills lab and clinical settings.

Hours vary by rotation and lab schedules. Minimum four years of RN experience with recent practice are required; CA BRN approval as Instructor is preferred.

Qualifications

Active RN license in California (unencumbered).
Eligible for CA BRN approval as Instructor for Nursing specialties.
Minimum four years RN experience with recent direct patient care.
Experience in teaching or clinical instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical site education to nursing students in the assigned program.
Plan and supervise student clinical rotations and skills labs.
Evaluate student performance against learning outcomes.
Maintain student records and assist with data collection.
Support course delivery via online and onsite activities.
Attend faculty meetings and participate in program committees.
