Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is looking for contract nurse practitioners (NPs) or certified physician assistants (PA-C) to join their provider network. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health care to children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and create patient-centered treatment plans. With a flexible schedule and access to a supportive provider platform, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in practice required.
• Unrestricted state license is necessary.
• Office space to see clients in Middletown Township.
• Ability to provide care for patients with various diagnoses and complexity.

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication treatment.
