Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a medical office or mental health setting preferred.
• Experience with patients facing anxiety and depression preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support providers with delivery of high-quality care to ambulatory patients.
• Handle vital signs (weight, height, temperature, pulse, urinalysis, respiration).
• Safeguard medical records by securing patient information.
• Respond to requests for information per policies and provider instructions.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment.
• Understand emergency procedures and assist in crises.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
