Unlicensed Therapist - $54,763 - $66,924 annually

Licensed Therapist - $62,977 - $76,968 annually

Multiple and varied shifts are available, working three (3) 12-hour shifts with four (4) consecutive days off, allowing you time to decompress from your hard work.

Pay Range: $26.32 - $37.00/hour base rate, depending on licensure status. Crisis services receive a 5% team differential on top of the base rate. Eligible for a 10% shift differential for swing shifts and 20% for overnight shifts.

Shift Available:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12pm - 12am

What We Need for This Job:

• Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related degree.
• Within 24 months, full licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Collaborative and client-centered experience.
• Experience using DBT, CBT, ACT, or other crisis-related modalities in a clinical environment.
• Background, passion, and desire to work with clients suffering from chronic or acute trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use.
